The available balance in the 39ss1 consists of two categories: real balance (funds deposited by the user) and bonus balance (credits granted through promotions). A bet is considered valid and confirmed only after a receipt has been issued on the platform. The 39ss1 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, system fault, or inaccurate third-party data. If a bet is cancelled due to an odds error, the full stake is returned to the user's balance without any deductions.
Bets are settled based on the official results declared by the event's governing body. The 39ss1 uses reliable sports data sources to confirm results. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the final decision rests with the platform's trading team, always based on the official result from the competition's governing body.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, or if less than 90% of the scheduled time is completed (for time-based sports), all bets on that event will be refunded to the user's real balance. Postponed events keep bets valid for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that window, stakes are returned. In accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed from the slip and the remaining results stand.
Attention: bets placed after the official start of an event — even if the platform still shows the market as available due to a data delay — may be voided by the 39ss1 if the outcome had already been determined at the time the bet was placed. This rule exists to protect the integrity of the system for all users.
Live betting allows users to place bets while an event is in progress, with odds updated in real time by the 39ss1. Odds reflect the current state of the match, the score, and the time remaining, and can change quickly. The platform may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments in the game — such as penalty kicks, VAR reviews, or situations of high result volatility.
The cash out feature allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, receiving an amount calculated based on current odds. The cash out value may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Full and partial cash out are available for most pre-match and live markets. All bonus balance awarded by the 39ss1 is subject to rollover requirements (minimum betting volume) before it can be withdrawn as real money. The standard rollover is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50. Casino games may carry a different rollover, as specified in each promotion. Cancelled, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not count toward rollover completion.
Unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover has not been met within the deadline set by the promotion are automatically cancelled and removed from the account balance. The 39ss1 does not reinstate expired bonuses, except in cases of proven platform technical failure. The standard validity period for bonuses is 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
Using bonus funds through combination bets that artificially reduce risk is prohibited — such as betting on opposing outcomes in the same market using real balance and bonus balance simultaneously (known as "bonus arbing"). The 39ss1 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated bets if such behavior is identified.

The results of all casino games are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of the live casino, by physical processes streamed in real time. The 39ss1 does not influence game outcomes. Any technical failure during a round results in a full refund of the amount wagered on that specific round.
The use of automation software, bots, or any external system to interact with the platform's casino games is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension, with pending balances held for compliance review.

The 39ss1 cooperates fully with the competent Brazilian authorities in investigations involving fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes. Where there is reasonable suspicion, the platform may preventively block accounts and withhold balances pending the conclusion of the investigation, without prior notice to the user under review.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or email. Once closed, any available real balance will be paid out via Pix within up to 5 business days. Bonus balance is not paid out if the account is closed before the rollover requirement has been met.
The 39ss1 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these terms, fraudulent use, suspicion of money laundering, underage registration, or use of the platform in a territory where betting is illegal.
